Da ich eben nur zwischen Tür und Angel hier ins Forum schaue, habe ich unübersetzt und ohne Umformatierung einen Text hierher kopiert, den ich eben als E-Mail vorfand.
Auch wenn 11.11h schon um ist, finde ich es schön, diesen heutigen Tag in der beschriebenen Intention zu leben und sich in den weltweiten Meditationsstream einzuklinken.
Ohnehin bin ich heute Abend zu einer gemeinsamen Meditation verabredet. Wer nach 20h mit uns (oder wann auch immer) mit meditieren mag ist herzlich willkommen!

Here is an opportunity for everyone to bring a positive change to the world. As a collective force in peaceful meditation, we can heal ourselves and the planet, and lift the consciousness of every being.
The most important thing is for everyone to be aware of that day being a World Meditation Day. With people meditating all around the world on this day, be it at the same global time, or at different times during the 24 hour period, it will definitely be beneficial to all.
If you don’t sit in meditation, you can spend the time sending love and positive feelings to your surroundings. Think about the beautiful things you would like to see on earth... green trees, clean water, fresh air, enough food for every being... no more hunger, no more disaster, no more suffering...
Together, we can change the world.
According to quantum physics, our thoughts are always beaming out into the “quantum field”, that is “the world”, and we are always influencing both our self, each other, the nature and even the weather(!) by what and how we think and feel. Coming together on one day and consciously thinking positive thoughts and “beaming love” out into the world will make a huge difference. Or simply, just calm your mind and find your inner peace and bliss. And the more people doing it, the better will be the effect. This is a worldwide meditation to create positive energy waves of Love to surround the planet.
We recommend that you form a group to meditate with. Invite them into your home, or do the meditation in some other suitable locations, such as a place of worship, a classroom or outside with Nature! If you, for some reason, are not able to form a group or be with your group, you can do the meditation by yourself, wherever you may be.
